Qualifications to get our best rates:
Clients who qualify for discounted rates must:
Respond to requests for information within 7 calendar days
Replying with a simple “not ready yet” counts for a response
Are able to conduct business together completely online/remotely
No in person activities needed to accomplish accounting tasks
House both yearly tax services and bookkeeping services together.
Dedication to transition work within a time period counts
Commit to the shared goal of efficiency in time and resources.
Working together to make time spent on accounting as little as possible for both parties
Treat all staff with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

Not to worry! We will give you the discounted rates as soon as you meet the qualifications.
Maybe it takes us a little bit of time to get up and running to be fully online or to transition a service, but we want every client to qualify for the low rate be a wonderful and an easy client to do business with.
